It’s located on a second floor and can be accessed by either stairs or elevator.
The Artist’s Place can host up to 2 guests in a central and very convenient location situated in Como downtown, 5 minutes walking from the Cathedral, 8 minutes walking from the Como Lago train station and the lake promenade.

There are not many apartments at this price in town with air conditioning in both the bedroom and the kitchen/living room.
Parking Box
There are some free and paid spots available on the street. If you do not want to loose time to find a parking every time you get back at the Artist’s Place we can rent you for a small extra fee a box where to park your car. Max car dimensions: 4,00 x 1,75 mt. (height 1,90 mt.)
Bedroom Comforts
Air conditioning in the bedroom allows to sleep even in summer, when the temperature can go up to 40º C

Checkout at is at 11:00 AM.
Check-in is flexible: we will be happy to offer our free shuttle service from the train station on your arrival. If you arrive before the apartment is ready we can take you to downtown and bring your luggage at the apartment where we will meet for the check-in once it’s ready.
If you need a lift from the airport – Milano Malpensa, Bergamo Orio al Serio – we can pick you up there for an extra fee.
House Rules
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment: you can smoke in the terrace if you like.
