The apartment can accommodate up to two people, price start at € 110,00 per day for two adults – We do require a minimum of two nights reservation.
Please note that price changes according to the season and on special festivities like, for example, Christmas and the 31st of December.

Extra fees
Tourist tax: € 2,00 per person per day – only the first 4 days, we will collect this amount in cash during the check-in
Final cleaning: € 40,00 per stay
Linen, towels: € 20,00 per stay
Dogs & cats: € 20,00 per stay – allowed only if they are properly educated
Discounts
You can get a discount when you book for at least 7 nights and in low season – meaning from 7 January to 30 April, from 1 November to 10 December.

Cancellation policy
If you cancel your reservation:
- more than 15 days before the check-in: free cancellation;
- between 15 and 7 days before the check-in: you pay 20% of the total price;
- between 7 and 2 days before the check-in: you pay 40% of the total price;
- less than 2 days before the check-in: you pay 80% of the total price.
Payment
We require SEPA/wire transfer payments as follow:
- 20% at reservation – fully refundable if you cancel at least 15. days before the check-in
- 80% at least 15 days before the check-in
We will send you bank details with the confirmation of availability.
All payments must be done in Euro.
