2024 – We replaced the air conditioner with a new model that uses environmentally friendly R32 refrigerant.
The new system improves air quality thanks to the UV-C LED lamp incorporated in the splitters, which sterilises against viruses by killing over 90% of the bacteria present.
In addition, a special cold plasma purification system releases negative ions that neutralise bacteria, fungi, pollen, mites and general air pollutants, making the environment healthy and pleasant.
2023 – The area is finally reached by fiber connection, we upgraded our Internet connection to offer the best possible speed to all our customers.

Very luminous and spacious room, with a king size bed that can be separated into two single beds if needed.

A very bright and open space furnished with:

- A library filled with some books about Como and Italy
Hanging on the wall you’ll find a big portrait of Eddi transformed with an Andy Warhol’s effect, that gives the room lively colours.
The kitchen
Luminous, no ornamentation to make it modern but fully functional and equipped with everything you may need to eat up to six guests.

Amazing place to stay in Como, can’t recommend it enough. The Grandolinis are the perfect hosts. They are reliable, helpful, proactive, but not over bearing. The apartment is so cozy and truly feels like you’re at your own home. Bed was comfortable, couch was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. Overall one of the best experiences I’ve had at an air bnb yet.

What a great apartment! Perfect for exploring Como & the lake. Just on the edge of town so it’s nice and quiet but everything’s walkable and easy to access. Celo & Ugo picked us up from the train station – we’ve never had an Airbnb host offer this before! They showed us around the place and made us feel very comfortable. Easy to get hold of and fun to chat to. We’ll be back!
